Oppli is operated by DestinyX Studios, LLC. For account, purchase, export or technical help, email support@destinyxstudios.com. Include the issue, device/app version and relevant steps. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive résumé information.
Account access and Apple sign-in
Use the same sign-in method and linked Apple/Google account. Sign in with Apple may use a private relay email. Check that you can receive messages at your account address. If an export or confirmation is missing, check spam and contact support. Do not share your Apple password or approval codes with us.
Subscriptions and restore
Open You → Plan or the paywall and choose Restore purchases for an existing App Store purchase. Restore uses your current Apple Account and Oppli account. It cannot recreate an expired subscription or reset Apple introductory-offer eligibility.
Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases use their own billing controls. Deleting the app or your Oppli account does not cancel Apple billing.
AI sharing, data export and deletion
Account & privacy is available from the AI agreement screen, paywall and account settings without an active subscription. You can withdraw AI sharing, request a data export, request account deletion and sign out. Withdrawal stops future AI sharing but does not cancel billing or erase saved results automatically.
Exports arrive at your account email as an expiring private download link. If the link has expired, request a new export in the app.
Deletion requests enter a 30-day recoverable hold. A fresh sign-in during the hold cancels the request. Permanent deletion is processed afterward and confirmed by email. Apple-linked accounts may be asked to verify their linked Apple account so authorization can be revoked. The in-app flow initiates deletion; email support is optional help, not a required replacement.
